Born in Torino, Italy, Davide Fregonese has built
his profession on the several international assignments carried
out in Europe and US under big names such as JP Morgan and Paribas.
Currently resides between Milan and Luxembourg, after spending
2 years in NYC, 1 year in Athens and 2 years in Brighton and London,
he is now CEO of Jungle Juice Ltd Sr (lhttp://www.junglejuice.it/),
the first Italian chain of juice bars, that he co-founded in 1999.
Davide has developed a successful and innovative food retail business
while working as Head of Country - Italy, for Carmignac Gestion,
a French Asset Manager. His experience and passion in the food
and beverage industry has allowed him to develop a sound grasp
of this industry features and useful networks among the key players
in Europe. Davide Fregonese holds a Bsc (Hons) in European Business

Dr. Michael Hasenstab is a Co-Founder of ASCENDO
ASSOCIATES. Before setting up Ascendo Associates, Michael was
an investment banker for Credit Suisse First Boston and BNP Paribas
in London. In that capacity he played an active role in a large
number of IPOs and M&A transactions in Germany and throughout
Europe. Before his time as an investment banker Michael worked as
a strategic management consultant and in venture capital. Michael
holds a Master in Economics from the University of Munich and a
Ph.D in International Management from the University of Jena.

Ulli
Fischer is the founder and CEO of MAREKTSOLUTIONSNETWORK INTERNATIONAL.
Before starting his own company, Ulli signed directly responsible
for the organizational planning and structuring of BMW Group’s
worldwide sales & marketing. As Senior Manager of corporate
sales structures & processes, he managed numerous business
re-engineering projects. Before joining the BMW Group, Ulli worked
in different overseas locations for Daimler-Benz. He was responsible
for sales and production joint ventures in Asia, South Africa and
the Middle East. Ulli holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering
with the major in Computer Automated Manufacturing Systems and
combines his technical background with a degree from the International
Management Program in Kobe, Japan and an MBA from Boston University.

Naoyuki Tsutsumi graduated from Kyoto University
in 1988, majoring in Applied Mathematics and Physics. He subsequently
joined the Fixed Income Department of Goldman Sachs & Co., working
in the Tokyo office for nine years and the New York office for two
years. At Goldman & Sachs, Mr. Tsutsumi worked on numerous projects
as a financial advisor for both financial institutions and corporate
clients. He also was responsible for the sales and marketing of
many financial products, gaining valuable experience in the areas
of corporate valuation and corporate cash flow analysis. Naoyuki
established NYTSU
CORPORATION in June of 1999 in Manhattan, New York, assuming
the position of President and CEO. Since then, NYTSU has been responsible
for the incubation of eight Japanese-American venture corporations,
providing successful guidance in the areas of investment, business

He started his career at Goldman Sachs serving a variety of roles
including Vice President of Mortgages and Asset Back Securities.
He was in charge of the first Japanese auto loan-backed securitization
as a syndication manager. Before settled at the current position,

Ataru was Managing Director at CTR Ventures K.K., Director of Origination
and Structured Finance at Rabo Securities NV and a consultant at
